I am Emir Mustafa Bıçakçı, a systems administrator and IT support specialist from Rotterdam, and the person behind Kozbica IT.
Who I am
IT that simply works
I have experience in workplace management, IT support and independently managing complete Microsoft 365 environments: from users and laptops to security and business applications. That is why I know how much it matters that IT simply works, especially for ambitious SMEs that are growing and have no IT department of their own.
Kozbica IT offers personal IT support for SMEs and growing organisations in Rotterdam and the surrounding area. I help with managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune: managing users and licences, setting up workstations and laptops, getting security such as MFA in order and fixing faults. No complicated contracts, just clear agreements and plain explanations without jargon.
