What data do I use?
Only what you give me yourself by email: for example your name, company name, email address and the content of your question. There is no form on this website.
What do I use it for?
Only to respond to your question. If we work together, I also use it to carry out the assignment and to invoice. I do not use it for advertising and I do not share it with others for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not place cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. Fonts are served by the website itself, so no data is sent to other parties when you view the site. The web host of this site may temporarily keep technical data, such as your IP address, in server logs in order to show and secure the site.
The tools on this website
The tools on the Tools page work in your own browser. The Microsoft 365 Security Check and the phishing checklist store nothing and send nothing to me or to anyone else.
Where is data kept?
Email to an address at kozbica.nl is forwarded through Cloudflare to a Gmail mailbox (Google). I do not keep data longer than necessary. I keep invoices for 7 years, because the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask which data I hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Email info@kozbica.nl for that. I reply within a month. Not satisfied? You can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority).
